Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident states of business. All orders shipping within Florida state will be charged applicable sales tax according to our area tax rate.
Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the shipment arrival date for a refund. Please email us at: email@example.com, or call us at:(844) 808-9171 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all returns. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Additional deductions may be made to reflect the returned products condition. Shipping fees for returns will be paid by the buyer. When returning new merchandise, and “Free Ship” promotion was used while making the original purchase, a refund less our original shipping cost will processed. These terms apply to all returns. Most products are shipped with a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Customers must inform Superiorhorns.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

Superiorhorns.com offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except when otherwise noted in the product listing
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at Superiorhorns.com will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all new returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be made after 30 days.
Order Processing Time
We ship with UPS and USPS. Orders are shipped within 24 hours, during business days, Monday through Friday. Any order placed before 2:00 PM (eastern time) will be shipped the same day. Orders that were placed after 2:00 PM (eastern time) will delay shipping to the next day. If placing an order on Friday after 2:00 PM (eastern time), it will delay shipping to the next business day, which is Monday.
UPS considers business days from Monday through Friday only.
Weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) are not considered as business days.
We do not ship during weekend days.
For shipping to other countries outside of the USA (except Canada) please E-Mail Us for a shipping quote before placing your order. Please be aware that you will be subject to your local authorities customs fees, and brokerage fees, for importing goods into your country (including Canada). We cannot be responsible for the above listed customs and brokerage fees that might be collected by the localauthorities.

Superiorhorns.com warranties to the original purchaser, for three months from the date of purchase, that this product is free from defects in workmanship and materials. If there is such a proven defect, Superiorhorns.com at its option, will either repair or replace the item free of charge, if it is returned within three months from the date of purchase together with proof of purchase. Superiorhorns.com reserves the right to inspect any defect prior to settling any warranty claim by repair or replacement. This warranty is limited as above provided and Superiorhorns.com will not be responsible for fire or other casualty or accident, due to neglect, abuse, abnormal use, modifications, faulty installation of this product, or natural causes. Buyer pays shipping fees for returned items.
